Welcome to CleanK, a toilet-cleaning robot developed and offered by inprog, inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing cleank.space or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our website or products.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using any CleanK services, you accept these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using CleanK on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Use License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to temporarily download or display one copy of the materials on the CleanK Site (such as brochures, technical descriptions, images, videos, or software snippets) for your own personal and non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:
modify or copy the materials, except as expressly permitted by us;
use the materials for any commercial purpose, resale, public display, or for operating competing toilet-cleaning products;
attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any software, firmware, control files, or other technology provided via the Site;
remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
mirror, frame, or otherwise reproduce the materials on any other server or distribution platform.
Any use of CAD/3D models, API/SDK docs, or cleaning-task datasets we may publish is likewise subject to these restrictions unless we provide a separate written license.
3. Disclaimer
The materials and information on the Site are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. CleanK makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Cleaning performance figures, cycle times, and maintenance intervals shown on the Site are illustrative and may vary by installation, toilet model, water supply, electrical condition, and local regulations.
4. Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall CleanK, inprog, inc., or their suppliers, directors, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profit, loss of business, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Site or the materials, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using the Site. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability; in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Revisions
The materials appearing on the Site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. CleanK does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. We may change the materials, product descriptions, availability information, or pricing on the Site at any time without notice. We do not make any commitment to update the materials.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or services of those sites, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by CleanK. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan (or replace with your actual governing jurisdiction), without regard to its conflict of law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may revise or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. The updated version will be effective when posted on the Site, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. By continuing to use the Site after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Site.
