inprog, inc. (“inprog,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the CleanK website (cleank.space) and provides the CleanK toilet-cleaning robot and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you.

Information we Collect

Website & business contacts

Identifiers & contact details: name, email, phone, company, job title, postal address, and message content (e.g., demos, pre-registration).
Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, referrers, and similar via cookies/SDKs (see “Cookies & tracking” below).
Marketing preferences and communication history.

Robot & cloud services (enterprise features)

Operational/telemetry data: device IDs, uptime, error logs, firmware, performance metrics (e.g., cleaning duration, detergent usage, brush pressure).
Environment & safety sensors: proximity/IMU data and, if enabled by the customer, depth/video or images used for navigation, quality checks, or remote support.
Facility metadata: restroom or zone labels, map coordinates, schedules, and task results.
Support artifacts: tickets, call recordings (with notice), diagnostic bundles.
We design our systems to minimize personal data. If cameras are enabled, customers must use them in compliance with applicable law and their own policies (e.g., signage, masking, or restricted hours).

How we use your Information

Provide the Services (deploy, operate, maintain, and support CleanK; fulfill contracts; authenticate users).

Safety, reliability & quality (monitor faults, prevent abuse, and improve performance).
Product improvement & R&D (statistics, testing, and model development using de-identified/aggregated data).
Communications (service messages, onboarding, and—with consent where required—marketing updates).
Legal & compliance (records, tax, security incidents, and responding to lawful requests).

Where applicable law requires a legal basis (e.g., GDPR), we rely on contract, legitimate interests (safety, improvement, security), consent (non-essential cookies/marketing), and legal obligation. EU/UK data subject rights are outlined by the European Commission.

We use cookies/SDKs for site functionality, analytics, and to remember preferences. 9.1 EU/UK (GDPR)

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and data portability, plus the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We will honor valid requests and explain where we act as processor on a customer’s behalf.

9.2 California (CCPA/CPRA)

9.3 Japan (APPI)

Individuals in Japan have rights under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), including requests for disclosure, correction, and suspension of use in specified circumstances. Guidance is issued by Japan’s Personal Information Protection Commission.

9.4 Marketing choices

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link. Where required, we will obtain consent before sending marketing.
